HRO San Francisco Welcomes Internationally Experienced Litigator

Denver, Colorado, March 9, 2010 - Richard J. Mooney, veteran litigator, has joined the San Francisco office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (HRO). Mr. Mooney, formerly a partner with Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP in San Francisco, is a member of HRO’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
With considerable international experience and clientele, Mr. Mooney enhances HRO’s already significant ability to serve international clients with its established London, and Munich offices and recently opened Dublin office. Specifically, Mr. Mooney brings HRO over 15 years of experience litigating and arbitrating complex international and domestic business disputes with an emphasis on intellectual property, antitrust and competition issues, and federal appellate disputes.
Prior to launching his career, Mr. Mooney clerked for Honorable Amalya L. Kearse on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He obtained his undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard and his law degree with high honors from the University of Michigan.
