Sports Facilities and Financing - We have represented a number of clients in the development, financing and operation of sports facilities. Some of the facilities on which we have worked include the STAPLES Center, the O2 (London), Home Depot National Training Center, Savvis Center (St. Louis), National Stadium (Berlin), The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and the Bridgeview/Chicago Fire Stadium.

Arena Naming Rights - We have assisted a number of clients in arena/stadium naming rights deals, including the STAPLES Center, the O2 (London), Coors Field, the Savvis Center, the Pepsi Center, Oracle Arena, Qwest Field, The Honda Center and the Home Depot National Training Center.

Television - We regularly represent a number of our sports clients in negotiations on television contracts. We have completed deals involving broadcasts on NBC, CBS, ABC, ESPN/ESPN2, and OLN/versus, to name just a few.

Sponsorships - We regularly work with clients on major sponsorship deals involving many segments of the business world, including several recognized by the Street's and Smith's Sports Business Journal. Currently, we are assisting Visa, USA, Inc. in the reorganization of its sponsorship contracts.

Litigation - We have handled a number of high-profile litigation matters for our sports clients, involving a wide range of issues, including anti-trust, athlete eligibility, breach of contract and general commercial litigation. Recently, we represented the United States Anti-Doping Agency in its case against cyclist Floyd Landis.

Other Matters - We regularly work with our sports clients on a host of other sports issues, such as real estate development, ownership and management structure, joint ventures and nonprofit foundation matters, to name just a few.
