Our Litigators
Our broad range and depth of experience, skills and resources have made us particularly sensitive to the staffing needs and the best interests of our clients. We carefully tailor staffing of a case to best serve your needs and interests. Our litigation group includes a number of seasoned trial lawyers, two of whom have been named Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Some members came to the group after serving in the public sector as attorneys for the government at the federal, state or local level, as law professors or as law clerks for state and federal judges at both trial and appellate levels. Whenever appropriate, we utilize the skills of younger lawyers or legal assistants to help reduce the cost of litigation. As the need may arise, you have access to experienced lawyers from other practice groups covering a broad range of substantive areas.
