The Banking and Credit Finance Practice Group of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (HRO) is one of the founding practices of the firm and, for more than 100 years, has played an integral role in the firm’s history and growth.
HRO’s banking and credit finance lawyers represent banks, financial institutions, hedge funds and other lender clients in a wide range of finance transactions, including commercial, real estate, energy and natural resources lending transactions, acquisition financing, derivatives transactions and debt restructuring. We also have extensive experience serving as borrower’s counsel to companies (public and private), private equity sponsors and other business enterprises in diverse industries with respect to a wide variety of financing transactions.
