Litigation and Dispute Resolution
We advise our clients on commercial claims that may lead to court or arbitration proceedings and on alternative dispute resolution methods such as conciliation and mediation. We handle the conduct of court and arbitration proceedings working closely with specialist counsel whenever required.
We seek to negotiate settlements whenever possible and in the best interest of our clients without the need for proceedings. We use our expertise to give our clients an early assessment of their position and help them to limit their risk and exposure to legal costs and the drain on management time resulting from litigation.
