Experience

Mashenka Lundberg has over fifteen years of experience in advising clients in corporate and securities matters. She joined the firm in 1994 and is resident in the Denver office. Ms. Lundberg represents a wide range of companies – from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies – in a variety of corporate and securities transactions, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. She also advises clients in commercial transactions and with respect to corporate governance matters.
