Experience

Jonathan Dawe is a partner in the London office of HRO.

Jonathan’s practice includes selling and buying companies and businesses, private equity transactions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, international transactions, and broadcasting and publishing transactions. 
 
Prior to HRO Grant Dawe LLP, Jonathan was a partner at Denton Wilde Sapte LLP in both London and Dubai, United Arab Emirates and a founding partner of Grant Dawe LLP.
