Experience

Emily Yukich is a partner in Holme Roberts & Owen’s LLP (HRO) Los Angeles Office. Her practice focuses on complex transactional and business counseling matters, including business formation, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, financing and securities matters, trademark and other intellectual property issues, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining HRO, Ms. Yukich was a partner with the Los Angeles firm of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP (FLK) and a member of the firm’s business department and Recruiting Committee. Prior to joining FLK, she clerked for Judge George H. King, United States District Court for the Central District of California.

• Representation of a big-box pharmacy in debt and equity financing, governance, general commercial transactions, employee stock options and securities compliance.
• Representation of Martifer Solar CA in financing, strategic alliances, executive compensation, regulatory compliance and general commercial transactions.
• Representation of Knowledge Mosaic, Inc., a provider of online information resources to the securities and financial services industries.
• Representation of online and bricks-and-mortar luxury retailers in trademark matters, licensing, marketing, and internet vendor agreements, and financing matters.
• Representation of traditional and digital media companies in general corporate matters, financing and securities issues.
• Representation of independent filmmakers in equity financings.
• Representation of owner of office buildings in Southern California in lease negotiations and tenant issues.
