Experience

Christie Daly is a partner in the Denver office and a member of our Compensation and Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Daly’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits.

She represents both private and public companies, assisting with the design, implementation and administration of equity incentive arrangements and non-qualified deferred compensation (including arrangements subject to Section 409A) and their treatment in corporate transactions. She advises employers, directors and executives on incentive plans and employment and severance agreements. She also counsels clients regarding SEC disclosures and filings relating to executive compensation and employee benefits.

She assists employers with a wide range of compensation programs, including the design, implementation and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, cafeteria plans and other health and welfare benefit plans. She also assists clients with employment tax withholding and reporting issues relating to executive compensation and employee benefits.

Prior to joining HRO in 2003, Ms. Daly was an attorney with Phelps Dunbar LLP in New Orleans. Previously Ms. Daly was in the tax department of Price Waterhouse LLP and the audit department of Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Daly is also a CPA licensed in Colorado.
