Experience
Scott Rogers is a Partner in the firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Real Estate, Development, Land Use and Finance Practice Group. He joined HRO in 2008. Prior to joining HRO, Mr. Rogers was Vice President and Senior National Underwriting Counsel for the National Commercial Services Division of First American Title Insurance Company. While at First American his responsibilities included legal analysis, risk management, problem solving and decision making for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions on a national basis. Prior to First American Mr. Rogers was a senior partner at Landels Ripley & Diamond, where he represented institutional and private property investors in the negotiation, documentation and enforcement of all forms of equity and financing transactions (including acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, loan origination, workouts and foreclosures).
