Experience

Erich T. Kennedy serves as Senior Counsel in the firm's Colorado Springs office. He rejoined the firm in May 2007 and practices primarily in the firm's Commercial Law & Securities Practice Group.
Mr. Kennedy maintains a broad corporate and tax practice and his past experience includes general corporate matters, corporate and real estate transactions, commercial lending, and corporate/partnership tax planning.
More specifically, Mr. Kennedy assists clients with matters such as preparing and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, real estate purchase and leasing agreements, acquisition and construction financing documentation, buy/sell and other shareholder agreements, and corporate formation and governance documents. He also advises companies and their governing boards on corporate governance matters. His tax practice includes advising clients on a variety of federal, state, and local tax matters.
Mr. Kennedy also works extensively with nonprofit organizations in all aspects of their operations, particularly addressing their corporate and tax needs.
