Experience
Amy Bauer is an associate in the Denver office and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Previously, Ms. Bauer worked as an associate in the Denver offices of Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe, and Fowler, Schimberg & Flanagan where her practice focused primarily on construction defect litigation.
In addition to her past experience representing builder/vendors and subcontractors in construction defect matters, Ms. Bauer has experience representing clients in complex real estate matters including eminent domain/condemnation, regulatory takings and title disputes. Ms. Bauer has also worked with clients in defending breach of contract claims.
Ms. Bauer is currently an adjunct at the University of Denver College of Law, where she instructs first year law students in legal research and writing.
