Lin Hsu, Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property, Technology and Media Practice Group, joined HRO’s Salt Lake City office in 2006. Prior to joining HRO, he was a senior patent attorney at Wagner Murabito & Hao LLP in San Jose, California, where he prepared and prosecuted patent applications for leading Silicon Valley companies, smaller market companies, and start ups. His expertise includes securing patent rights for various disciplines including software applications, internet related applications, core e-commerce applications, telecommunications, networks, circuit design, device fabrication, and internet business models/methods.
Mr. Hsu has an electrical engineering degree including work in electromagnetics and circuit design. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force as a Radar Evaluator and Navigator Trainee.
