Mark serves as strategic counsel to emerging technology businesses, typically in the software, hardware, CleanTech, Internet and biotech areas with a focus on corporate finance, business operations, strategic planning, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mark also represents venture capital funds and angel investor groups in fund formation and portfolio company investments.

At ease with the special needs of emerging to large companies alike, Mark’s creativity, accessibility and personable approach are the mainstays to his commitment to building long-term client relationships.
