Gino Maurelli is a Partner in the Commercial Law & Securities Group at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP. Mr. Maurelli represents a wide range of clients in corporate and securities law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisition transactions. In connection with his M&A practice, Mr. Maurelli advises both strategic and financial clients in both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Mr. Maurelli counsels clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiations and duties of the board of directors. His M&A experience spans a variety of industries, including software & technology, healthcare, cable & telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products.

In addition to his M&A practice, Mr. Maurelli also represents both public companies and private entities in the issuance and sale of both debt and equity securities, counsels firm clients on matters under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, and spends a significant amount of time advising clients on general corporate law and contractual matters.
